Our History

Commercial Cleaning Group, formally known as Jackson Pride Commercial and Residential Cleaning, opened in September of 2015. Diana Hart Cotten, President of Commercial Cleaning Group, has worked in the cleaning industry since 2010. She began cleaning residential properties, and the business has grew to clean over 500 homes monthly in the Jackson and Madison County area.

In January of 2019, she realized there was an opportunity to serve commercial customers in addition to their residential customers. In September 2019, CCG will have expanded to offer commercial cleaning services to businesses in the Jackson and Madison County, Crockett County, Medina, and Humboldt areas. These businesses include, medical facilities, trucking companies, small office structures, store front spaces, churches, manufacturing, and more.

CCG has won the 2016 Outstanding Emerging Business Award, the 2018 Rising Star Award, and The Jackson Sun Readers Choice Award from 2017 to 2019.
