Commercial Cleaning
Our commercial cleaning package is tailor-made to accommodate your business that’s grown beyond the scope of being maintained by yourself or staff. We can either clean during normal business hours or arrive after hours to clean for your convenience. Our expertise allows us to go beyond a traditional cleaning service. We’ll work with you to make sure your overall maintenance is kept in mind for the longevity of your business.

Because no two cleaning services are the same, Commercial Cleaning Group offers customized quotes based on your business needs. After a couple of cleanings to average the time it takes to provide your service, we finalize the amount that will be due with each cleaning.

If your cleaning requirements change, your quote may be affected. Additionally, if it takes an abnormal amount of time to clean compared to your original quote, there will be an upcharge. We always notify customers as pricing updates occur.

All clients begin services with a 30-day contract.

Each Commercial Cleaning Group customer has a dedicated team lead who will always know your building. We do our best to have the same team of cleaners on site for each cleaning, but extenuating circumstances - such as sickness - could affect team members.

Since no two cleanings are the same, it all depends on your preference. We will generally arrive around the same time, whether its during normal business hours or after hours.

Daytime cleaning of commercial properties is possible. However, it can become a challenge for your employees if certain cleaning procedures are noisy - for example, vacuuming while your employees are on the phone. We ask that you please be aware of these challenges when scheduling daytime cleanings.

Commercial Cleaning Group services can tackle almost any space including small office spaces, large office spaces, manufacturing, banks, churches, and more.

At CCG, we perform stringent background checks on all employees to ensure that your business will be in good hands. We also offer workers’ comp insurance to our staff. This means, if a worker were to be injured on your property, they could not sue your insurance.

CCG has a no excuses policy. If you’re on the schedule, we will be there.

If our cleaners were to miss something while cleaning your home, you can submit a 24-hour customer satisfaction claim. Just contact us and we will make it right. After hours, you can go to our website and submit photos of the issue. We will follow up with you the next day. Please note: This does not apply to new messes that occur within the 24-hour window. Only those that were missed by staff on their initial visit.

A 30-day notice is required when canceling services. This is helpful in scheduling both cleanings and CCG staff.

You are responsible for supplying those items. If it is your preference, we can coordinate the communication between your supplier for ordering. We want to make it as easy as possible to ensure you never run out of products.
